IBL in Kenya: Developing Spiritual Leaders Who Train Others
We are excited about a new opportunity to expand our impact in the country of Kenya. Having successfully completed an initial five-year training program with Pastor Wilfred Githongo in Kijabe, we are now planning to conduct parallel programs in Kijabe and Nairobi. This will be a significant expansion of our efforts in Kenya. It is a step that we are taking deliberately and carefully, being faithfully obedient to the Holy Spirit’s leading and IBL’s vision to “equip and encourage spiritual leaders.”

Kenya Prayer Requests
- This will be our fifth and final year for this group of students
- We will hold a graduation ceremony for the students at the end of the week
- 14 Topics in areas of Theology, Skills, and Biblical Leadership
- One-on-One Counsel and Encouragement
- We’ll also teach and minister to needy Kenyan children on April 1st

As we enter the final months of celebrating our twenty-fifth year of ministry, and my first year of leading IBL as President, the words of Paul to the Corinthians are rich with application. First, they are a clear reminder and admonition that all our efforts be built upon the solid foundation of Christ as He is revealed in scripture.

Twenty-five years... WOW! It doesn’t seem possible. During this first quarter century the Lord has taken us through a whirlwind of blessed opportunities to build in the lives of ministry leaders all around the world. It is fitting at this juncture for me to consider how my remaining time in IBL can best be invested.
